Your tasks
- Creating annual plans for units and gross profit by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results for Germany and other selected international markets. You are fully responsible for sales and results.
- Setting sales targets by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; forecasting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Maintaining sales volume, product mix and sales price by monitoring supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops, reviewing specialised publications, building personal networks and participating in professional associations.
- Supporting selected international EPC companies and manufacturers of PV components in implementing our broad portfolio in their project requirements.
- Recognising customer potential, analysing and developing improvement measures and strategies to exploit customer potential.
- Achieving goals through effective planning, setting sales targets, analysing past performance data and forecasting future performance.
What you bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or commercial training with technical affinity or technical training or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar, with an attitude for sales
- Experience and a strong network in the photovoltaic and solar industry
- Languages: Native German, also fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage.
- Expertise in selling products and solutions that require technical explanations.
- Recognising USPs and communicating them to the customer in a results-oriented manner as "consultative selling of values".
- You have the ability to work in a team, assertiveness, communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and persuasiveness as well as negotiating skills
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability.
