Your tasks
- Active support of the sales team through customer visits and personal on-site support
- Independent handling, checking and processing of customer orders
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving
- Preparation of quotations and regular follow-up of quotations, both by telephone and in person during customer visits
- General master data maintenance and support with other administrative activities to ensure a smooth sales process.
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or technical training with further commercial training
- Initial experience in sales or order processing is desirable
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
- Customer and solution-orientation, initiative, ability to work in a team and commitment
- Structured, responsible and cost-conscious way of working
- Good knowledge of standard office applications, as well as experience with the use of a merchandise management system
