Your tasks
- Even before official project tenders, long-term orientated, you actively network with existing and new customers on site, via LinkedIn etc., bring the innovative & high-quality HIS brand portfolio in detail into customer project management, procurement and at decision-maker level and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Together with the customer, you put together technically customised HISenergy and HISconnect solutions, always keeping an eye on life cycle costs and maximum customer benefit, and close lucrative deals
- In close co-operation with the product development department of HIS/HIK GmbH, you will bring in specific customer requirements, carefully observe the competitive landscape in the renewable energy sector and technological trends beyond renewable energies and thus provide valuable impulses for product development, sales and marketing strategies
- You create meaningful customer technology reports and sales reports in the CRM system and always keep your electrical engineering knowledge up to date
- Together with the HIS order and logistics team, you keep an eye on the hard stop, i.e. the agreed delivery dates.
- As a competent, well-organised contact person, you will support the HIS sales manager colleagues with technical tasks
- Within HIS, you share your knowledge in professional collaboration for the purpose of continuous exchange of experience
What you bring with you
- Electrical engineer, electrician with several years of professional experience, master electrician, installation and building technician, degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or business administration with an electrical engineering background
- Experience in technical sales, preferably in industry or in a B2B environment
- You inspire our customers with your charm, your technical know-how and are a professional in dealing with LinkedIn, e-mail and other digital platforms
- Problems in the sales process? No problem for you - you are proactive and always find a solution
- You are technically adept and always open to new ideas, are able to present complex products and solutions in understandable language
- Strong analytical skills and a good eye for trends and competition
- Teamwork is in your blood, you are an asset to the HIS sales team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
